The installation of 5 Vehicle Message Signs, 4 Camera Stations and 23 EZ Pass Transmit Stations throughout the Capital Region of New York State. ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) is a national program aimed at using modern computers and communications to make travel smarter, faster, safer and more convenient.
LaCorte Companies is also under contract for the maintenance of the above new installations along with the previous installed 8 Vehicle Message Signs, 3 Highway Advisory Radios, 28 Camera Stations, 27 Traffic Detection Sites and 60 Mobile Message Boards. |
