Preventative Maintenance:

LaCorte Companies performs preventative maintenance on various voltage systems for our commercial and industrial accounts. We perform annual maintenance on low voltage or high voltage systems. At one local manufacturing facility we disconnect 36kv equipment, clean cables, clean connectors, replace fusing, hi pot test the cabling systems and replace any equipment that should be replaced. All of this maintenance is performed on a holiday weekend when this 24/7 facility is shutdown.

Lighting Maintenance:

Group relamping of your facility greatly reduces spot relamping labor costs because all lamps are replaced before they reach the point in life where failures are accelerating. In addition, the cost of energy is by far the largest portion of maintaining a lighting system. If lamps are not group relamped, almost half of this energy will be wasted on lamps that are performing below their designed level.

Upgrading old lighting systems to new energy and environmentally efficient lighting products for your interior and exterior lighting areas. Installation of T5 or T8 fluorescent lamps or metal halide pulse start lamps and ballasts in just about any existing lighting fixture.

Exterior neon sign maintenance, replacing of neon tubes and transformers. Upgrading existing neon sign to longer life lasting LED technologies.
